For an item to be eligible for a return it must have been purchased from www.shaw.clothing, be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags in place if applicable.
Items that are eligible for returns may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] For defective clothing please provide a photo of the defect. Items may be exchanged at the discretion of ‘SHAW Customer Care and only if they meet our returns policy criteria.
Items Ineligible For Return Include:
- Worn clothing
- Washed clothing
- Items without all tags attached, where applicable
- Returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase
